As CEO of Starling, Peter leads all areas of the company including strategy, operations and growth. Peter is passionate about making effective and affordable mental healthcare accessible to everyone through Starling’s digital and highly scalable SaaS model.

His 25 years + career has spanned strategic management consulting through executive leadership roles with several B2B technology companies. Prior to Starling, Peter was CRO for ResponseTek, a successful customer experience management solution that was sold to a large private equity firm in 2018. He was also co-founder & CEO of RewardStream, a loyalty SaaS technology company acquired by its European competitor. Peter holds a BA from Western University and an Honors Business degree from the Ivey School of Business at Western University. He is also an active board director for Acetech, a not-for-profit organization focused on developing CEOs at high tech companies.
